Stanimirovitch, who was born in 1912 in Yugoslavia, was active in Yugoslavia, the U.S. and France in the 1950s-60s. He started out as an engineer, but later turned first to amateur photography and then professional commercial photography. He is listed in the Auer & Auer database. He died in 1978
